Letter From John: Why Real Estate? To me, that's the most exciting question imaginable. I can look at any piece of Real Estate and see the beauty in it, be it a piece of bare land or a home in disrepair. Real Estate is a common thread that holds us together and has since man's beginning. No two pieces are or can be alike, for the simple reason that no two pieces can be in the same location. That's just part of what makes real estate truly unique! In my own real estate investing, I've tried to anticipate what's coming over the horizon, to hasten its arrival, and to apply it to people's lives in a meaningful way. I have always been intrigued by how to acquire real estate and, ultimately, how it is a solid investment over time. I believe no one can dispute that! I hope you believe, as I do, in the endless possibilities and the great personal satisfaction and reward of real estate. To me, there's nothing more gratifying than that. All the best, |

From the moment you meet Gregg, you can sense the passion he has for what he does. And what about experience? It would be difficult to find a lender with the depth of experience and knowledge that Gregg has. Gregg has been in the business for over thirteen years and has done countless loans for residential, commercial, development projects and just about anything else you can think of. Gregg recently closed a loan on what was one of the largest real estate loans in Utah. A twenty million dollar plus deal on over 2000 acres in Southern Utah and wrote over sixty million dollars worth of business in 2005. We kid him from time to time about being a 'celebrity' but he certainly is very approachable, friendly and willing to serve his clients.

Larry served his country in the U.S. Army and that's where he received an introduction to Information Technology in what became a career spanning 40 years. Employers included along the way were Collins Radio Company, Toyota Motor Sales and twenty two years at Yamaha Motor Corporation. In his IT (information technologies) career, he had a successful track record of implementing big projects on schedule and within budget while delivering promised results. This requires excellence at building project teams and in motivating people to produce quality results on time. These same successful skills and attributes are now utilized in his career as a licensed real estate agent at St. George GMAC. Larry is a transplant from Orange County, California. Currently he and his wife are enjoying life in southwest Utah - a place where the scenery is beautiful, housing is affordable and the air is clean and fresh.

Shannon is originally from South Eastern Oregon where she grew up in the great outdoors on a wonderful Ranch. She also served for a year as an Oregon FFA State Officer and absolutely loved it! Shannon recently moved to southern Utah where she quickly fell in love with the area and decided to pursue a career in helping others achieve the American Dream of home ownership. Being one to take action, Shannon not only became a licensed real estate agent, she also received her mortgage license as well. Shannon also serves as club administrator for the Southern Utah Real Estate Investors Association. When she's not working hard to serve her clients, you can usually find her enjoying the great outdoors!

Brandon grew up and has been in Southern Utah nearly all of his life, Brandon graduated from Snow Canyon High School in 2001. After that, he spent two years in Idaho, where he met his beautiful wife. Newly married, Brandon then decided to come back to St. George and start a career in real estate. Brandon has a very refreshing outlook on real estate that is very endearing to his clients. Not to mention the fact, he grew up in Southern Utah and has extensive knowledge of the area. When Brandon does get a chance to relax, you can usually find him enjoying the great outdoors riding 4-wheelers, hunting, and anything that's fun and exciting.

Debbie attended Wardley Real Estate School in Southern CA. in the early 80’s. But due to unforeseen circumstances and a sudden move to South Dakota she was unable to pursue her dream of being involved in Real Estate. In 1986 Debbie returned to Southern Utah and attended Dixie College where she studied business management and accounting. While still feeling she had not found her niche yet, she took a year off and decided to go after her dream and get a real estate license. We must say we are excited to have her on our team! Debbie is one of those rare individuals you feel like you’ve known for a long time even though you may have just met her.
