Dara Tancredi is the President of Southern Utah Development. Ms. Tancredi is also an attorney, licensed in the State of Ohio since 1992. Her areas of expertise focus on negotiation and real estate law. Ms. Tancredi is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. She is the creator and host of a real estate news show, Real Estate Weekly, which airs on FoxNews 1450 AM/96.7 FM in Saint George Utah. She currently serves as President of the Southern Utah Real Estate Investor Association, a non-profit educational association.Southern Utah Development has proudly supported several deserving charitable organizations over the last 9 years including Dixie Regional Health Center, Tuacahn Center for the Arts, The Foundation for the Washington County School District and the JROTC program at Dixie High School. Timothy Grogan is the broker for Southern Utah Development and has been a licensed real estate agent and broker since 1976. He has owned or brokered over 50 million dollars in real estate. Timothy was President and Chairman of the T.W. Grogan Company in Cleveland, Ohio, a privately held, real estate firm, began by his grandfather, Thomas W. Grogan, in 1926. In 1999 thru 2002, The T.W. Grogan Company, elected to liquidate its extensive commercial and residential property portfolio. Mr. Grogan holds a Masters Degree in Finance, a Masters Degree from John Carroll University. and is also an alumni of Case Western Reserve University. Dana Ekstrand is the Acquisition and Transaction Specialist of Southern Utah Development. Her areas of expertise focus on distressed property acquisition, transaction coordination and real estate investor services. She was the co-host of the locally reknown radio show Real Estate Weekly, which aired FoxNews 1450 AM/96.7 FM in Saint George Utah.
