St George Real Estate Developer Acquires Tuscan Hills Subdivision. Tuscan Hills, has been acquired by St George real estate developer, Southern Utah Development, for an undisclosed sum from the First Federal Savings Bank of Iowa.

New Home Construction Skyrockets in St George Utah Golf Course Community
In 2010, the Entrada at Snow Canyon community had completed just 2 new homes, but for 2011 at least 29 homes have been completed, a year over year increase of 1450% in new home construction.
